Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your gift! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Request a Return:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds will be processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We’ll contact you directly to request your banking details.

Non-returnable items:
Please note that personalized items and perishable goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
