1. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver across South Africa 🇿🇦. From Jozi to George, Cape Town to Durban – your gifts will get there safely.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. If you need it urgently, let us know – we’ll do our best to speed things up.
3. Can I add a personalised message?
Absolutely! Every order can include a custom note – just add your message at checkout and we’ll include it with your gift.
4. Are all your products locally made?
Most of our gifts are locally made by South African makers. Some items (like pots) are imported, but they’re finished and customised locally with sayings, packaging, and designs.
5. Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes! We specialise in corporate gift boxes and bulk orders. We can also add your branding and customise to suit your business. Contact us for a quote.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Can I return or exchange my order?
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Many of our products come in cute packaging already, but we also offer custom gift wrapping on request.
Do you offer PUDO locker or door-to-door delivery?
Yes! We use PUDO by The Courier Guy for flexible delivery:
